Why did Einstein have a sleep schedule that was naps more then all night? Why 15-20 minute power naps are so powerful.

Why did Einstein take power naps every two hours? Why wouldn't he just sleep all night like most individuals? Why would you want to wake up so many times? Why would anyone want to sleep so little but so much? Why is it so hard to get up some mornings? Wouldn't that feeling last all day to never want to wake up and get going? How much could you get done by sleeping when you run into a problem or complication? Could there be reasons to control sleep and our attitude when it comes to sleep and waking up? How often should I wake up or go to sleep? What benefits come from sleeping on demand? What good could come from shutting down and resting up when you aren't necessarily tired from labor or actions? Why should I control my sleep schedule?
As we slip into sleep there a lot of things that happen. As soon as we go unconscious and drift away to dream. We get out of the way. Our opinions aside the brain is able to do its job. Without adding in hiccups or complications due to belief structures our problems get solved. Expedient and efficiently the brain will figure it out. As you are awake this process happens as well. But during the day the brain will tend to contradict itself. Causing an egoic snap that have consequences that lead to seperation of self. You will complicate the answers with opinions and judgment. Simple forms of judgment but never the less judgment all the same. What we think is so important that it needs to be said, is that simple form of judgment. Our advice is so valid that we believe ourselves above and over our self that has the answers, and anyone else for that matter. Any problem you face, the brain holds the answers. Exposure ensures that we consume and retain information in many ways.

Extending the morning or controlling brain waves is the answer. As we view brain waves and how they act all day long we find some clues. From about 8:00/10:00 a.m.  to 8:00/10:00 pm our brain rests in the analytical side of the brain. Only utilizing the left side of the brain all day leads us to believe in seperation and a solidified reality. Yes things are solid but even then that has more levels of comprehension. As matter is in forms of practicals we are also in wave form simultaneously. The morning time is when we create our day to unfold as we imagine. How we imagine it may be out of control. That is unless we practice and get better at the skills of mental rehearsal. Mental rehearsal has many benefits to provide. The imagination has capabilities that most will never realize if they don't ever try. We are able to extend an alpha or delta and even gamma state of brain waves into an all day experience. It is a skill that once you learn is quite enjoyable. Waking up on the right side of the bed simply means wanting to get up and live a fulfilling life. It is a choice that is a skill that can become a habit and a subconscious program. Waking up and wanting to becomes a super power that comes with amazing results. The chemical response is quite remarkable.

Quantum health also awaits as we sleep. Not only that but the ability to figure out complex problems. As well as the ability to realize deeper understandings of our own personal limitations. When we dream we find our nightmares hunt us down. Our subconscious will only try to help. The lessons that haunt us keep coming up until we learn. Figuring out what to ask or how to access infinite intelligence is something you will feel, it is quite personal. Feeling information as the filters we hold onto thin out is what's happening. The more receptive to information we are, the more we are able to absorb. Thining out our analytical mind is a process that we can get better at. With "strenuous breath control" we can step up to and through the door ways of consciousness. As soon as we breath through our mouth all day the analytical mind forms a very thick wall to climb. On the other hand, learning about how and why to breath through the nostrils will thin out the analytical mind all day long. Time either controls the body or the mind can control both, time and the body.

Linking both hemispheres of the brain is something we can get better at as well. With practice and focus with a few simple thought experiments. Also some control of a few intricate muscle groups that my classes will go deeper into. Controling our brain waves all day is something anyone can learn how to do. To raise up our spiritual vibration it takes lowering our brain waves. Lowering our brain waves is something not many people realize as it happens until something profound takes place. As we witness any form of miracle we feel information on massive scale. Entering into infinite intelligence is all we are ever doing. Controlled by our attitude and moods our vibrations dictate what we think about, and what we are even able to think about. The only way to access new thoughts and new experiences is through new vibrations. Through new mentalities and a different framework entirely. A negative mental framework crumbles under any forms of assumed trauma or stress.

Accessing the inner self on an unprecedented level is waiting as we sleep. Before we go go sleep we simply need to program the servo mechanism the body has to offer. Asking the correct questions will find you the correct answers. Knowing what to ask, or that you can or should ask yourself questions seems a bit unorthodox. Almost a bit crazy if you think of it in the incorrect ways. Simple mental shifts is all it truly takes to find control of our lives. Taking control of the body can be a simple process with some easy to do habits. Any healthy habit works really. But there are some habits that are more powerful than others. As I'm certain you have felt and seen. Once you actually have a habit solidify it will be a subconscious program. Unfortunately our old beliefs may cling onto us as firmly as we cling to them. Even our new beliefs are clinged to in ways that seem to solidify us. Or snap us back and forth like a rubber band of ups and downs. Back and forth into the past from dwelling on the future. The subconscious holds onto habits with the same process it holds onto thw ability to walk. So that gets pretty serious wouldn't you say?

There may be more than meets the eye to sleep. With astral projection and lucid dreaming. What we are able to control becomes a bit more apparent. But this will be confined again through our belief structures. That and our own personal abilities to let go and relinquish into the flow of infinite intelligence. Empty the cup that is full of doubt to fill it with limitless possibilities. The brain you possess is the top of the line of the human experience as we know it. We have the next step and levels of opportunities if we only allow ourselves to remember and learn. How we access information also has many layers and levels. Keep in mind with the eidetic or photographic memory, retention is a given. Recollection and accessibility is all that is left to develop or decipher. With some practice unlocking our true potential is at your fingertips. Through the speed of thought everything is here and now. Wether we like it or not now is all there ever is or really ever was. Our perception of now shifts and molds to our will. Once we learn to take back control of the brain and body.

Training the body with simple little controlled stress tests may seem unnecessary. That concept may also be misunderstood and need quite a bit of explination. I touch base on it and go deeper in my first book. The chapter entitled stress test may open up some understanding that I will be able to expand upon. Make sure to join the fun and engaging group that will have access to a small library that I plan on creating. I will add a link to the group soon. I am still learning how to ling things together. I apologize for the inconvenience. For now you can search for the group manually @.

I will also have simple affordable classes soon. Bases on how to break down the steps involved in controlling the body on a massive level. A level that brings with it an unshakable sense of stillness and calm that enters you into timelessness. Melting into the self instantaneously with simple meditation practices that anyone can do and get very good at. All through a simple routine and schedule. Controling our habits is a huge step in rewriting our subconscious and in turn our own future. By changing how we view the past we can mold the future of our dreams. The mold is ready in wait. All we really need to do is learn how to step out of the old mold and into the new you. This is what my classes will be designed to do. If there is any need for personal assistance, that will also be affordable and available. Also keep an eye out for further blogs by subscribing. This subject like all subjects has plenty of room to expand upon.

As always I thank you for your time and concideration. Be sure and keep an eye out for my Christmas book give away coming soon. Happy Holidays and have a healthy happy New Year.

  1. I have experienced 3hr sleep cycles for a few decades which was exhausting to live and work. Since retiring my sleep has improved although still in this 90 min cycles which allow me to put 3 hr with 2 or 3 hrs of being awake and then returning to sleep. Also add in a nap or 2 during the day when a drowsy spell comes along. as I am now pursuing my 2nd career as a Transformation Coach.
I am delighted that your article describes this as a normal and perhaps a way to live an enriched life. As we have turned of the TV many years ago and enjoy other activities, I am interested in learning about how we can program our subconscious before going to sleep at night. I am doing some of this at night time and open to suggestions.
